By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 02jl16 platform — including the website at 02jl16.app, any associated mobile applications, and all games, betting markets, and promotional features offered therein — you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 02jl16 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 02jl16 platform and close your account if one has already been created.

02jl16 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or an in-platform notification.

To register and use the 02jl16 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as players.

• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the 02jl16 platform.

02jl16 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the account, freeze all funds, and conduct a full identity review. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned, and any winnings will be forfeited.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 02jl16 platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any details change. 02jl16 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

• Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.
• You must notify 02jl16 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• 02jl16 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.
• Accounts must be registered in your own legal name — using a pseudonym or another person's identity is prohibited.

02jl16 supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are published in the Cashier section of your account dashboard.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the same account, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the player's own name. 02jl16 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• GCash & PayMaya: Withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes, subject to verification status and daily limits.
• BPI, BDO & Metrobank: Bank transfers are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking hours on standard Philippine banking days.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during Philippine public holidays may experience processing delays.
• 02jl16 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits made via bonus promotions may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted — see Section 5.

02jl16 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and Philippine holiday promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed identity verification.
• Each bonus promotion specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live table games may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are published in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

Players may opt out of receiving bonus offers at any time by contacting 02jl16 customer support via live chat. Once opted out, bonus funds will not be credited to your account automatically, and you will need to opt back in to participate in future promotions.

All games available on the 02jl16 platform — including slots, live dealer games, fishing games, bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that specific game.

02jl16 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. RTP (Return to Player) rates for all slot and RNG games are published in the game information panel. • Bets placed and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.

• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary based on your account tier and verification status.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 02jl16 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Registering more than one account on the 02jl16 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 02jl16 platform software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 02jl16 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 02jl16 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party game provider software, provided that 02jl16 takes reasonable steps to resolve such errors promptly.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability is not permitted, 02jl16's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

02jl16 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
